• Baker Assistant Shifts are usually from approximately 5:30-6 a.m. to 1-2 p.m depending on the day and amount of work. You must be able to work independently. Saturday availability is required, but if there are a few Saturdays you cannot work, we can work with you with advance notice.
• Include at least two professional references. Professional baking experience with detailed decorating skills is a bonus. Pay will depend on work experience, proven speed, skill, and ability to work with others.
• We can train you to be good at your job if you have minimal experience, but we can't train you to be kind and compassionate; that is through God.
